Meet Cristina
Cristina’s journey into sleep consulting began in early motherhood. While raising her son, she realized she had a natural understanding of what babies need to develop healthy sleep habits. Seeing the positive impact of her approach firsthand, she knew she wanted to help other families achieve the same transformation.
Becoming a sleep consultant allowed Cristina to merge her passion for helping families with the work-life balance she had always hoped for. Today, she provides personalized guidance and ongoing support to families, helping parents feel confident in their approach while staying fully present for their own children.
Meet Melissa
Melissa’s path to sleep consulting began where many parents find themselves: exhausted, sleep deprived, and desperate for change. With a now 3-year-old son and a 1-year-old daughter who struggled to sleep as babies, she experienced the frustration and stress that comes with sleepless nights. She turned to sleep training and within a few days, her family’s nights were transformed.
The experience was life-changing, not just for her children, but for her confidence, wellbeing, and ability to parent with patience and joy. Inspired to help other families experience the same relief, Melissa became a certified sleep consultant, bringing empathy, practical experience, and a deep understanding of the challenges families face when sleep feels impossible.
