Begin with a free 15-minute consultation where we’ll explore your current sleep struggles and determine the support package that best fits your goals. Once we’re done, you’ll receive a payment link to get started.

Step 2: Intake & Understanding

Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll send you a detailed intake form so we can learn all about your child’s sleep habits, routines, challenges, and goals. After reviewing your responses, we’ll begin drafting your fully customized sleep plan tailored specifically to your family.

Step 3: Personalize Plan + Coaching Call

We’ll hop on a call to walk you through your child’s customized sleep plan in detail. You’ll leave feeling confident, clear, and ready to implement the plan.

Step 4: Follow-Up Support

As you start the plan, we’ll be by your side - answering questions, celebrating wins, and adjusting the strategies as needed until your family is finally getting the sleep you all deserve.
